National Airborne Service Corps. NA-518 Occurrence initial report

On July 11, 2008, at 0835 local time, National Airborne Service Corps. (NASC) registration number NA-518, a Bell UH-1H helicopter departed from Hualien airport (RCYU) for a joint training mission with seven crew members on board. According to the Airborne Service Corps aviation preliminaryoccurrence report, at 0938 local time, the aircraft was forced landing at Mataian River training area during the training process,.The aircraft was substantial damaged and on board seven crew members were no injury

 

After receiving the initial notification,the Aviation Safety Council,immediately appointed the IIC leaded the go team which consists of four ASC personnel, to conduct on-scene investigation. Further information related to the occurrence shall be released after the completion of the on-scene investigation.
