On June 21, 2015, an ultra-light vehicle, type HAWK, departed from an airfield in Saijia,Sandimen Township, Pingtung County. At 0836, the vehicle crashed near the embankment of Koushe river, one operator was injured with both legs fracture.

After receiving the notification, the Aviation Safety Council （ASC） immediately launched the go team headed to the site. The team performed evidence collection tasks including witnesses interviews, airfield inspection, wreckage transportation and temporary storage etc.

Further information related to the occurrence will be published after the completion of the investigation.
