On March 13, 2019, at about 1807LT, Far Eastern Air Transport passenger flight FE321, a MD-83 Aircraft, registration number B-28027, took off from Taoyuan International Airport for Kalibo International Airport （Boracay）. The aircraft during landing roll operation at Kalibo Airport, it veered off the runway surface then stopped on runway 05 shoulder while making a 180-degree turn.  

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines （CAAP） declared the event is a serious incident in accordance with the ICAO Annex 13 and acknowledge to ASC. The ASC assigned an Accredited Representative （AR） accordingly and cooperate with the specific investigation, and to assist CAAP to readout and analyze the flight recorders.

In accordance with the read out data of flight data recorder, on April 21, 2019, the CAAP re-declared this event was an incident,  The investigation report will be published by the CAAP.
