November 21, 2023, at 16:11 p.m., A Zhutang Kindergarten Children-only bus and a passenger car collided at the intersection at Daxin Lane, Section 1, Zhulin Road and Ziqiang Rd, Zhutang Township, Changhua County. 15 people sustained injuries in this occurrence.

The Taiwan Transportation Safety Board (TTSB) received the notification and immediately dispatched an On-Scene team to the scene to perform a vehicle inspection and collect relevant information. The TTSB identified that this event was a major highway occurrence per the Transportation Occurrence Investigation Act, and continued to collect relevant evidence and conduct follow-up investigations.
