The board meeting is held monthly and the chairperson, vice chairperson and other board members will all attend. The ASC’s board meeting shall resolve the followings:

1. Review and approve the aviation occurrence investigation report.
2. Review and approve the re-investigation of an aviation occurrence.
3. Review and approve laws and regulations governing aviation occurrence investigation.
4. Review and approve the operational mechanisms of coordination and communication between the ASC and other related organizations.
5. Review and approve ASC’s annual budget and final accounts.
6. Review and approve a board member’s draft proposal.
7. Other decisions defined by law to be made by the Board Meeting.
