Description

On February 7 2005, 1127 Taipei local time （Coordinated Universal Time, UTC 0327）, China Airlines （CAL） Flight CI150D, a A300B4-600R （bearing ROC Registration Number B-18579），encountered turbulence on route M750 between point MADOG and JAKAL at an altitude of 33,000 feet. The aircraft was on a scheduled passenger flight from Chiang Kai-Shek （CKS） International Airport, Taipei, Taiwan, ROC to Nagoya International Airport, Japan. Two hundred and sixty-four passengers and 18 crewmembers on board, three passengers and five cabin crews sustained injuries, which two passengers suffered fibula and sternum fracture.
