Description
On Sep. 15 2007, there was an ultralight vehicle takeoff from a soft airfield near Fenyuan Changhua at about 1630 with two crews on board. The aircraft turned to the left at about 40 feet and fall down at the north west of the airfield, the crews on board sustained serious injury, the FWD fuselage and the left wing sustained substantial damage.
