Description

On April 16, 2015, a Roc Aviation Company （RAC） BN-2B-20 aircraft, registration number B-68802, ferried flight from Taitung for SongShan Airport. After took off at 1210 Taipei local time, due to left generator problem, the flight crew applied emergency procedures and requested turned back to Taitung Fongnian Airport for repair. The left engine was shut down before landing. The aircraft landed safely on Taitung Fongnian Airport at 1229; no personnel onboard received any injury. After inspection, the left engine No.3 cylinder disintegration was found.
