Description
On July 8, 2018, an ultra-light vehicle, took off from Riguang airfield of Hualien County at 1704, crashed at 1712 on North side of the west bank of Yuemei Bridge. The vehicle was destroyed and the 2 persons on board were wounded and sent to hospital.
