"At 1119 hours, on November 13, 2019, a Kaohsiung-registered general cargo ship "YU TAI NO.1", with a gross tonnage of 1473, registration number 012522, collided with Wu Zhou Bao Ping’s stem while approaching to Pier no.5 of Liaolo port. No personnel injury or oil pollution in this occurrence."
