Description
At 1030 hours, on December 17, 2019, a Keelung -registered fishing boat "GUANGHUA 51307", registration number CT2-6110, collised with an unknown vessel in the waters 6.7 nautical miles away from Xiyin radar and half sank. This boat carried 5 crew members . At 1425 hours, all crew members were rescued and safe by other fishing boats and towed to Huangqi Port, no oil pollution in this occurrence.
