At 1200 hours, on January 16, 2020, a New Taipei City-registered fishing boat “YUQING No.16", registration numbered CT4-1928, 31 nautical miles off the coast of Bitoujiao, New Taipei City. One crew member fell into the water and missed, no oil pollution in this occurrence.
