Description
About 2030 hours, on November 20, 2019, a Taiwan Kaohsiung -registered general cargo ship "CHANG XIN" with a gross tonnage of 799, registration number 013643, collided with a China- registered gravel ship at the Minjiang Estuary in Fuzhou City, China. The "Chang Xin" sunken at 1 nautical miles off Minjiang Kou. Seven crew members of "Chang Xin" were rescued, and two and two crew member of Taiwanese died, no oil pollution in this occurrence.
