Description
On September 19, 2020, a fishing Vessel named " TORNG CHU ", fishing number CT0-8169, a man overboard and the fishing vessel capsized near the estuary of the Erren River in Tainan City. There were two crew members had rescued, the other crew member was dead in this event.
