Description
On January 21, 2023, a raft named "Shu Yan No. 1", with CT number CTR-PT3900, capsized in the waters of Shanban Bay, Liuqiu Township, Pingtung County. The skipper of Shu Yan No.1 fell overboard and was rescued by the other fishing vessel, after being sent to the hospital, he was declared dead.
