Description
On October 3, 2023 , at about 0120 , a fishing boat "GUO TONG NO. 3", offical number CT7-0642, at about 630 nm to Kushiro Port , Japan. A Filipino crew onboard was injured by a roller while operating. He suffered a severe laceration to his left shoulder and died after receiving first aid at the scene.
