Description
On April 21, 2024, a recreational fishing boat named "Guei shan jau ryh II" with the vessel registration number CTF3-0052 carried passengers to the waters off Yilan for a whale-watching trip. After the trip ended, it was discovered that one passenger had left behind personal belongings on the vessel. The body of the passenger was found on April 28, 2024.
