Description
At approximately 1928 hours on 16 March 2026, the Tuvalu-flagged bulk carrier An Hai Confidence (IMO No. 9469833, gross tonnage 24150, length overall 189.99 m, beam 28.50 m) made contact with Wharf No. 13 during departure operations at the Port of Taichung. The occurrence resulted in damage to the vessel’s bow and the wharf facilities. No casualties or environmental pollution were reported.
