Description
On August 22, 2019, an Indonesian offshore wind turbine working ship PATRA OFFSHORE, IMO number 8502729, with a gross tonnage of 1,185 was suspected malfunction and listing off the coast of Fangyuan, Changhua County. The captain decided to abandon the ship. Forty people (20 staff members and 20 ship crew members) were rescued and landed safely after being connected by the local Coast Guard boats.
