Description
On November 11, 2019, a Kaohsiung-registered fishing boat "Gaoshi Fishing1353", registration number CTR-KC0781 , capsized at the seaside estuary of Kaohsiung Port. Two of Taiwanese crew members died and the other missed. No oil pollution in this occurrence.
