About 1400 hours, on December 14, 2019, a Tainan -registered fishing boat "SHENG HORNG JYI" , registration number CT1-3830, sank in 14 nautical miles southwest of Anping Fishing Port of Tainan City, the crew member on board was missing. The boat was foundering , no oil pollution in this occurrence.
