Description
About 1701 hours on September 1, 2020, a fishing raft named "Guanfa No. 1", CT number CTRHL-0249. This fishing raft capsized then the hull broke about at the outlet of the large drainage ditch on Liberty Street, Hualien City (Position: Lat. 23°36' N, Long. 121°36' E). Total 3 crew members were safe and were rescued, no oil pollution in the accident sea area.
