1.Each ATC facilities carried out the training and education on the matters of ACAS operation, use of standard                phraesology, linguistic capability, and plan to conduct the training periodically.

2.Also, continuously monitor the observance of radio communication procedure and use of standard phraesology          through the task skill observation process(TSO).

3.Are currently implementing the training for improving the language skill of the ATC controllers by self English                education and contract education system.
