要求國泰航空公司評估最低裝備需求表，增修訂組員操作程序，當飛機在1套氣源失效情況下飛行時，能及時啟動APU，讓飛機儘早恢復艙壓能力，以降低乘員失壓的風險。

Require Cathay Pacific Airways consider evaluating the MEL dispatch or reviews other procedures under one engine bleed air fail to recover the cabin pressurization capability with APU in a timely manner in case of the second engine bleed air system failed to reduce the depressurization risk.

CAD response
CPA has revised the A330 MEL (revision dated 28 May 2010) which amended the Operation Procedure to “APU during descent” when there is an in-flight failure of the remaining engine bleed system, referenced MEL 36-11-01a (ETOPS Not Allowed) and 36-11-01b (ETOPS Allowed).
