CPA has revised the A330 MEL (revision date 28 May 2010)which included MEL conditions of “The aircraft does not depart HKG” and “The integrity of the remaining BLEED source is verified by Aircraft Maintenance Log review (Min 10 Sectors) to established positive rectification has been performed in response to any previous entries of ﹝bleed fault﹞messages”, referenced MEL 36-11-01a (ETOPS Not Allowed) and 36-11-01b (ETOPS Allowed).
