要求國泰航空公司檢視並修訂「AIR DUAL BLEED FAULT」、「CAB PR EXCESS CAB ALT」與「EMER DESCENT」等相關差異性操作程序。

Require Cathay Pacific Airways consider review air dual bleed fault and emergency descent procedures and revise related inconsistent procedures accordingly.

CAD response
CPA has reviewed the procedures and found that the “EMER DESCENT” Emergency Procedures and “AIR DUAL BLEED FAILT” Abnormal Procedures align with that published by Airbus. CPA considered that it is not appropriate to change the procedures without substantiation from Airbus thus no further action has been taken. CAD concurs with CPA’s view.
